Lee’s Farm is a new community under development in Thornton, Colorado.

Owned by the Carlson Family for nearly a decade and named after the late Lee Carlson, Lee’s Farm will be an exceptional addition to the City of Thornton. The project is completely compatible with Thornton’s citizen-created Comprehensive Plan and is being developed in partnership with award-winning local partners.

The development will consist of a combination of detached single-family, paired, and multi-family homes. Every aspect of the development is being designed with careful attention to detail, enduring craftsmanship, and to fit within the surrounding community.

Carlson has partnered with award-winning Continental Properties and KB Home. The project team is rounded out with a collection of local experts who take special pride in working on a project in their own community.

UPDATE

On October 11, 2022 the Thornton City Council approved the Overall Development and Conceptual Site Plan for Lee's Farm. The project team is working on the process of preparing for development plan submittals that will likely follow sometime in 2023.
